Enerquip classifies heat exchangers as "Industrial" if they are not required to meet any sanitary standards.  This would include all kinds of shell and tube heat exchangers for the chemical, power, shipbuilding or general industry.

This is just one example of a larger, non sanitary heat exchanger.  Please excuse the photograph.  The lighting in the shop does not create good color rendering.
