Pressure Vessels Built to ASME Code
All Enerquip pressure vessels are designed and built in accordance with Section VIII, Div. 1 of the ASME Boiler Pressure Vessel Code, which ensures a safe and reliable product for our customers, and increased peace of mind for plant operators and owners. Every pressure vessel is inspected, hydro-tested and code stamped prior to shipment.
Heat Exchangers Designed to the TEMA Standard
We design our heat exchangers to the TEMA Standard (Tubular Exchanger Manufacturer’s Association) to ensure best practices are followed from engineering through fabrication and testing. The TEMA Standard provides consistency and allows us to better predict how an exchanger will perform once it is installed. We design and build heat exchangers to TEMA Classes B, C and R depending on your application.
3-A Sanitary Standard for Consumer Safety
Enerquip is one of only a few elite heat exchanger manufacturers who is certified to build heat exchangers to the 3-A Sanitary Standard to meet the sanitary requirements of the dairy and food industries. We proactively invited 3-A inspectors into our facility to review our designs and fabrication processes to ensure 100% compliance with 3-A standards. This allows us to offer our customers a guarantee that our 3-A exchangers will pass a sanitary design inspection with no deficiencies.
