Enerquip has produced heat exchangers, tanks, and boilers under various names for over 40 years for industrial and sanitary applications. Today, we build heat exchangers for sanitary (food, dairy, candy, beverage, and pharmaceutical), industrial (chemicals, petrochemicals, petroleum refining, nuclear, pulp & paper, and power), and military (US Navy and Coast Guard) applications. Enerquip also manufacturers fluid heaters, feedwater heaters, and various other parts used in the custom fabrication market.

Using the experience gained from building over 5,000 different exchangers, Enerquip applies leading design software and modern manufacturing methods each day on every new design. Enerquip's customers benefit from receiving the right heat exchanger solution for their unique processing need. As an ASME shop, an on-site third party inspector ensures that each coded design meets ASME, BPE, PED, 3-A, TEMA, CRN or other customer requested criteria before shipment.

Enerquip maintains a complete line of standard heat exchangers in stock for quick delivery. Enerquip provides accessories that can be ordered separately or included as part of a new heat exchanger. These include: mounting feet, vacuum breakers, needle valves, steam flow control valves, pressure reducing valves, steam traps, on/off valves, and insulation. We also produce replacement bundles and parts for existing exchangers.

Our computer-aided design and modeling expertise results in sound "fit for purpose and price" shell and tube heat exchanger designs. On the shop floor, our production team offers best in class fabrication and assembly. Enerquip's machinists use the latest in water jet and CNC technologies supported by their decades of experience. Our certified welders are experts in the art of GMAW, GTAW, flux-core, and submerged-arc welding to military and ASME certifications. From first machining through final assembly, Enerquip's production team works within a culture of continuous improvement and shared accountabilities.
