Bayonet Heaters

Also called immersion heaters, bayonet heaters facilitate efficient tank heating for many types of fluids. What differentiates these systems from other tank heating solutions is the use of an entirely submerged tube bundle acting as a heating coil that makes direct contact with the heated fluid. This design allows for considerably more efficient heating.

Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers

Tank heating applications often rely on shell and tube heat exchangers, which consist of several mounted tubes within a cylindrical shell. They exchange heat between two different gases or liquids, with one flowing through the tubes while the other flows outside the tubes within the shell.
