At Enerquip Thermal Solutions, we believe staying connected to the industries we serve is essential to delivering reliable, high-quality thermal solutions. Through active participation in industry associations and adherence to recognized engineering and manufacturing standards, we remain informed about evolving regulations, best practices, and customer challenges.

From sanitary processing applications to industrial heating systems, our team supports customers across the food, dairy, pharmaceutical, tank terminal, renewable energy, chemical, asphalt, and industrial processing markets.

These relationships and standards help us design and manufacture equipment that meets demanding performance, quality, and compliance requirements.

Engineering Standards & Compliance

Enerquip designs and manufactures equipment in accordance with recognized industry standards that support quality, safety, sanitation, and performance.

ASME – Enerquip designs and manufactures equipment in accordance with applicable American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) codes and standards, supporting safe and reliable operation in a wide range of industrial applications.

NBBI – Enerquip maintains applicable National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBBI) authorizations that support the fabrication and repair of pressure-retaining equipment in accordance with industry requirements. These authorizations complement our ASME capabilities and reinforce our commitment to quality, compliance, and safety.

3-A Sanitary Standards – For sanitary applications in the food, dairy, and beverage industries, Enerquip designs equipment to meet applicable 3-A Sanitary Standards requirements. These standards help ensure hygienic design, cleanability, and product safety in processing environments.

ASME-BPE – For pharmaceutical and biotechnology applications, Enerquip can design equipment in accordance with ASME Bioprocessing Equipment (BPE) standards when required by the application or customer specification. In addition, we regularly participate in bi-annual ASME-BPE working sessions where industry experts collaborate to update and develop global safety and design standards for equipment used in pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing.

ANSI – Applicable American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards are incorporated into equipment design and manufacturing practices when required by project specifications or customer requirements.

TEMA – Enerquip heat exchangers are designed in accordance with Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association (TEMA) standards, helping ensure reliable performance in demanding process applications. We build to TEMA C (General Service), B (Chemical Service), and R (Petroleum & Refinery Service).
