Enerquip encourages online collaboration from the comfort of your office – wherever that may be. Through interactive screen-sharing sessions, we put you in the front seat of the design process. You’ll have the chance to review and tweak your design to ensure your heating or cooling application’s needs are met. Together we can run “what if” simulations for different product cases under different temperature and pressure conditions, and instantly see the impact on the heat exchanger performance.

Brady Loertscher
Sales EngineerBrady joined the Enerquip team in January of 2022, first as a Design Engineer and now as a Sales Engineer. Through college internships, he’s gained experience working with a variety of equipment.
Brady earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. A true Wisconsinite, Brady enjoys the Wisconsin outdoors, including fishing, camping, and sports.

Ron Herman
Director of Business DevelopmentRon began his career at Enerquip in 2010. He’s a customer-focused seasoned sales leader with 20+ years of experience in the stainless steel industry.
Ron earned his bachelor’s degree in paper science engineering & business. An avid outdoorsman, Ron likes to work hard and play hard.

Will McCarron
Sales EngineerWill began his career as a Mechanical Designer in 2013 and has been designing custom heat exchanger solutions for Enerquip clients since 2015.
Will has a bachelor’s degree in engineering technology with a concentration in mechanical design & plastics. He enjoys spending time with family, getting outdoors as much as possible, sports, hunting, camping and volunteering as a Firefighter.

Ryan Perrin
Sales EngineerRyan joined the Enerquip team in 2022 after earning his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from UW-Stout. He enjoys the creativity and detail required to design custom equipment and perform complex thermal calculations.
A Wisconsin native, Ryan enjoys the outdoors, including hunting, fishing, golf, and snowmobiling.

Sales Engineer & Spare Parts ManagerLisa has spent her entire career in the world of sales and accounting. Since joining the Enerquip team in 2019, she’s been our customer’s main contact for tube bundles and spare parts.
