Steam Generators
Steam generators are heat exchangers that generate steam using hot thermal oil to heat feedwater. Suction Heaters
Suction heaters are heat exchangers that warm different types of high-viscosity liquids, such as fuel oil and asphalt. This heating reduces the liquid’s viscosity to make it easier to pump and eliminates the need to maintain a whole tank of these substances at pumping temperatures. Bayonet Heaters
Also called immersion heaters, bayonet heaters facilitate efficient tank heating for many types of fluids. What differentiates these systems from other tank heating solutions is the use of an entirely submerged tube bundle acting as a heating coil that makes direct contact with the heated fluid. This design allows for considerably more efficient heating.

Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers

They exchange heat between two different gases or liquids, with one flowing through the tubes while the other flows outside the tubes within the shell. The heat moves between each tube without mixing them together.
