Enerquip is excited to, once again, attend the CheeseExpo. In 2022, CheeseExpo is set for April 13–15 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It is North America’s largest cheese, butter, and whey processing expo, co-hosted by Center for Dairy Research and Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association. CheeseExpo is a gathering of more than 4,000 industry leaders, suppliers, marketers and more. The expo features impactful seminars, lively events, and its largest-ever exhibition hall, featuring the industry’s leading suppliers. Enerquip will be among the exhibitors. CheeseExpo Opportunities for Dairy Professionals CheeseExpo offers a wide variety of seminars focusing on the hottest topics in the industry. Krysta Harden, President and CEO of U.S. Dairy Export Council, will moderate the RELCO Opening Keynote on April 13. Harden will lead a panel of industry executives exploring opportunities for U.S. dairy processors to advance international sales and sustainability efforts. On Thursday, April 14, WCMA is hosting four educational seminars following the WCMA Recognition Breakfast. Speakers and topics include the following:
- The Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy will partner with CDR to discuss dairy product safety & sanitation, including a talk and panel on establishing a food safety culture in your dairy plant.
- WCMA will focus on a key concern among processors: recruiting and retaining an effective workforce.
- CDR plans a “hot topics” session on cheese quality, including brine management, phage monitoring and control, and flavor defects in cheddar cheese.
- Finally, your hosts at WCMA and CDR will team up for a workshop on creating an effective cheese grading program at manufacturing sites.
