Here, we’ll lay out the steps of the purchase process so you know what to expect if you choose to work with us to upgrade your facility’s industrial heating equipment.

Purchasing Thermal Fluid Heating Equipment from Enerquip: What To Expect

Every purchase process is slightly different as we work hard to cater to our clients’ needs, so there’s no exact one-size-fits-all purchase process. However, these are the general steps you can expect to move through if you choose to purchase thermal fluid heating equipment from Enerquip.

Research

Like all purchases, thermal fluid heating equipment purchases often start with a substantial amount of research. We invite you to spend some time on our website, read our blog, get to know our products, and reach out to us via phone at (715) 748-5888 or send us a message online for additional details about any of the system components you might be interested in. We are happy to be a resource as you are doing your research!

Wondering what kinds of questions to ask as you’re evaluating your thermal fluid heater options? Here’s a list to get you started.

Request a Quote

We know how important pricing is when it comes to selecting a piece of equipment. That’s why we provide quotes based on our customers’ specifications.

If you’ve found a piece of equipment that you are interested in, let us know and we’ll work with you to put together a detailed quote so you can truly understand what it will cost you. You can request a quote by giving us a call at (715) 748-5888 to discuss your needs and the products you are interested in, or by requesting a quote online. The process is fast and easy, and we’ll get right back to you with the information you’re looking for.

Select the Right Equipment

The next step in the process is determining whether or not you’d like to move forward with purchasing industrial heating equipment from us.

If you are ready to move forward, we’ll work with you to determine which equipment you’d like to purchase. At this point, you’ll also provide us with details regarding any specifications you have if the industrial heating system components you’re planning to purchase require customization.

Confirm Purchase

After we’ve worked out all the details about what you are planning to purchase, which elements of your industrial heating system require customization, etc., we’ll double check that we’ve gotten everything correct and confirm that you’re still planning to move forward with the purchase. At this point, you’ll provide us with a PO, which is a legally binding agreement to move forward with the project.

We’ll also work out the payment details so you know what to expect from a billing perspective as we work through the remainder of the purchase process. In most cases, we provide progress payment terms, meaning you’ll progressively pay percentages of the purchase as we build your unit.

Equipment Manufacture

Once we have your PO, we’ll get to work building the units you ordered. Keep in mind that we don’t prebuild any of the heaters we manufacture, as all units require some level of customization. We work hard to make sure that we construct all of our products to our customers’ specifications.

Equipment Delivery

After your equipment has been manufactured, it’s time for delivery! Our delivery timelines vary based on a variety of factors, including what type of equipment is ordered. In many cases, we get our equipment to our customers faster than they need it.

Unlike many of our competitors, we’re known for meeting our delivery deadlines. We know how important it is for you to have the equipment on hand when you expect it.

If delivery time is an important factor as you’re shopping for equipment, please contact us to find out how quickly we’ll be able to get your heating system components to you. We do our best to meet our clients’ needs when it comes to delivery timelines!
